I didn‘t realize how cool the guys of OmniGroup actually are until I put my hand on the latest edition of their sketching tool, OmniGraffle Pro 3.0.
In this application basically everything works as expected and it has so many hidden gems I am not going to name them all because it would blow my blog.
CampWiki generates lots of load on our new little server. Over 200 users already and there are more coming every day.

Just finished my latest Wiki installment. A little UseModWiki system as the basis for my little lecture Erste Hilfe für Datenreisende.
It should serve as a basis for designing a site with CSS only. Here is what we start with: Erste Hilfe.
Twiki is really exciting me. I have now set up a small site for the students for my class. Let‘s see if it will get adopted.
How could I along without all this wiki stuff in the last years?
Our Call For Papers made it pretty fast on Slashdot. As it seems our Twiki system is still withholding the storm :-)
Time for us to improve the content and get a bit more aggressive about communicating our aims to the public. Lots of work ahead.
Aargh. Could somebody at Apple kick the guy who invented this „press shift on login to free your soul“ feature? Thanks.
Just trying to set up a Mac OS X Server system. Everything is just the „standard way“ but the system is not letting me log into my client computers. Why? Because „I am not authorized to log into this computer“. Aha. „Consult your system administrator“. Aha. I am the system administrator. And I haven‘t a clue.
The documentation on Mac OS X Server is for idiots. Everything is explained step by step. But it is not for experts who be so happy if Apple could just explain how their system works. But no, sure, I wouldn‘t understand it anyway. Sure. Thanks, Apple. Thanks for keeping me stupid.
[UPDATE] Actually, it is the documentation that sucks. Once OS X Server is in place it works like a charm :-)Good to see that interest in the CampWiki is increasing. Today the GIMP Developers have expressed their intention to come to the Camp and have their Developers Conference at the Camp.
I‘m leaving Easterhegg today. Back to Berlin. There will be a nice party in Greifswalder Strasse 23. But I am not going to come. I am hacking TWiki.
