The Easter Egg Archive site has a nice listing of funny RFCs that have been published over the years. While RFCs are meant to provide standards for the Internet, this listing shows the main difference between the RFC process and other standards bodies like ISO: it‘s an open process and leaves room for fun which is a good thing (TM).
